a performance benefiting
The St. Baldrick's Foundation

Dance for
Life

A message from our Artistic Director
Anchor 1 Performance

"I am so excited that Turning Pointe is hosting this event for St. Baldrick's. Every year, Luke Seidman shaves his head for this amazing benefit and when Diane Robertson and I decided that we wanted to hold a benefit for our dancers to perform in, this was the obvious choice. Cancer has touched all of our lives so terribly. St. Baldrick's has done some amazing work in cancer research and they are making a difference. I wanted to include some other studios that we know through competitions as well as other studios that don't compete to emphasize to my dancers that competing is an opportunity to meet other dancers, see other studios perform and to have a performance opportunity. It's not about winning a trophy. Through this fundraiser, I want my dancers to see that they can use their passions and art to make a difference in the world. I hope we sell out!"
