Cecchetti Clinics Begin 2/25

Dates: February 25th, March 11th, March 25th, April 29th Time: 2:15-3:15pm (unless otherwise announced) Cost: $5 cash only These clinics are essential to the dancers' success. Cecchetti clinics are examination preparation classes open to any student currently enrolled in a Cecchetti grade. Students review theory and basic steps, study their books and practice the patterns in their syllabus. The class also teaches them how to conduct themselves in the actual exam. Students taking exams in grades II-V are required to attend at least 2 clinics before their exam. Students taking the exam in grade I must attend at least 3 clinics.

Open Marley 2/11

Date: Saturday, February 11th Time: 2:15-3:15pm Cost: $5 | sign up at front desk Open Marley is a time for anyone who has a solo or duet to come and run their dances and get feedback. TPDA teams are also encouraged to attend to run team dances. These Open Marleys are particularly valuable for students who do not have a regularly scheduled rehearsal time. They are also opportunities for serious dancers to come and work on a particular skill or exercises (read: Cecchetti patterns) while other dancers are running their pieces. We highly recommend dancers bring their turn boards, flexistretchers, therabands, and footstertchers to use.
